Karborea required high-end 3D visualizations to market their line of modern barn-style homes to prospective buyers. The project demanded more than just standard architectural renders; the client needed a versatile suite of visual assets to showcase the homes across various moods and times of day, capturing crisp daylight, cozy sunsets, and atmospheric night scenes. Additionally, a critical component of the brief was generating isolated, masked images of the homes featuring multiple exterior color palettes. These precise technical assets were necessary to integrate seamlessly into Karborea's online interactive configurator, allowing future homeowners to customize and visualize their designs in real-time.

Translating modern barn-style architecture into a dynamic digital sales experience.

To ensure total control over the architectural details and rendering flexibility, I constructed the complete barn-style house models from scratch. The primary challenge was balancing the technical requirements of an interactive web tool with the need for premium, photorealistic quality that evokes an emotional response from home buyers. I meticulously set up distinct lighting environments to highlight the architecture's relationship with its surroundings and create inviting, aspirational interiors. Ultimately, I delivered the final 3D models, a series of atmospheric marketing renders, and a large batch of precisely masked PNG images tailored specifically for their website's configurator, directly supporting their online sales funnel.
